Usage information — basic technical data such as browser type, device information, and general usage patterns on our website, used to keep the site working correctly and secure.

Google user data

Where Milas Integrations accesses information from your Google Business Profile or other Google Workspace or Google Cloud services on your behalf, our use and transfer of that information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only the scopes necessary to provide the features you've enabled, and we do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service you've requested, comply with the law, or protect against fraud or abuse.

Data sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except:

With service providers who help us operate our infrastructure (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations
When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
With your explicit consent

Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you ask us to disconnect an integration or delete your account, we will remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we work to continually improve our practices.

Cookies

Our website may use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site functioning correctly. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

You can revoke Milas Integrations' access to a connected account (such as Google Business Profile) at any time through that platform's account permissions settings. You may also contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
